Wintering Blackcap
For the past three days, this male blackcap has been skulking about in the magnolia bush outside our kitchen window. He's an aggressive little chap - constantly pursuing smaller birds and trying to steal the food from their beaks.

I've not seen any wintering ones yet this year - we had some in our garden last year, but they seem to have been migrants.
